While the hotel is not a 4 start from a European perspective, it offers compact but comfortable rooms. The staff at the reception and the security guard were very helpful and accommodating throughout our week-long stay. Specially I would like to thank Abin and Avisanta from the reception and the guard Ram for taking great care of us.

Reception staff nilesh, had lend me his personal charger adaptar. Since i firgot my travel tool kit, with middle east charger. It was difficult to find one. Thank you nilesh.

I did not expect this type of hospitality especially to ladies! The staff members are courteous, helpful and ready to provide any assistance! Sometimes we check in star hotels but do not receive such welcome!!

highly recommended, very clean and spacious room. the staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good and has reasonable prices. It is also located in a very good location in south Mumbai, close to many attractions. the bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water. The wifi is also very good. Sahil is very nice and he will help you with anything you want. If you’re going to Mumbai this is the place to stay.

The hotel is very clean, safe and there is someone at the front desk at all times. The staff is extremely competent and kind. The breakfast was very tasty with some indian dishes, omlette and jams. Rooms are smaller, but still equipped with all the necessary furniture which is new. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, hygiene level and the staff.

Breakfast has decent options (Poha, Dosa, Idli, Bread, Eggs, Fruits, Puri Chole, Juices, Tea, Coffee) etc. Nice spread and fresh food. Location is quite good and traveling in and out is convenient.
